1. Balance Your Macros
Macros are the fats, proteins, and carbs that you eat. Every time you eat, you should be eating all three of these. The longer you feel full after eating, the more you are heading in the right direction. Check out Macros For Beginners to learn how to balance your macros.

5. Drink More Water
I’ll share my secret, drink more water. Okay, maybe not the world’s best secret but here’s the take away and trick to the trade. Take your weight and divide it by half. Add ounces after that number. That is the number of ounces of water you should be consuming a day in order to be fully hydrated, pump out toxins from the body, and feed your cell’s communication systems in order to function better. The more diuretics you consume (coffee, tea, wine, beer, sugar, processed foods), the more water you need to drink. Do whatever you gotta do to achieve this one, get yourself a fancy water bottle, anything! Let me help you 🙂
